Great location off Kensington High St with cozy cafés nearby. The apartment was spacious for our family, clean, and freshly renovated. Staff were super friendly and helped us with an early check-in.
Could use more kitchen supplies, and the blinds were tricky to operate.

Excellent location near the tube and parks made exploring easy. The air conditioning worked well, and the in-room washer was convenient after long days out. However, the absence of regular housekeeping and lack of staff responsiveness for minor issues diminished the overall experience.
